RAIN????

A 6:15 this morning it started to rain - 1 day after the official 2009 Hurricane season ended. CNA
reported a more than 80% chance of rain on their
11 PM bulletin (seldom awake for that one) and we've had several days of overcast so I guess this shouldn't be such a big surprise. Cihuatlan radar was also working this morning and showed a clear
indication of convection directly over us. There's still a little weather out there, but much further out now. As of 7:30 AM, the rain gauge reads .34/inch. The only other November rainfall I can find in our records was .25/inch in 2006. Maybe the 9 AM bulletin will tell us more.
