I mentioned that because, last year when the nesting area was at the old site I happened to be visiting or helping with the turtles , the police came on their quad to get Ermilo because some one had reported a turtle laying eggs (Ermilo was the caretaker of the site) He would go and get the eggs and bring them back to be reburied at the prtected area. I have not visited the new site but they must have people that are trained in relocating the eggs.
