Yoga @ Boca - Times and Days Confirmed

Iyengar Yoga classes are up and running at Boca de Iguanas on Plaza Olivia -- Wednesday and Thursday mornings -- 9:30-11:00am -- $100 per class or sign on for four classes for $300 -- pool privileges after class at no extra cost -- lunch/refreshments at regular restaurant prices.
Iyengar yoga is suitable for all ages and abilities and can be adapted to accommodate most health issues and physical limitations. I am a certified Iyengar Yoga teacher with many years of experience teaching both regular classes and classes for students with special physical needs.
Please feel free to use my mats, straps, and blocks or to bring your own.
Ask at the front gate or at the restaurant for Jo Anna at Casa del Alcalde.
