Okay....I just heard from a fairly reliable (?) source.....bills will be at the Delegacion office, HERE in town, tomorrow......you can also pay the bill there but they are only taking payments tomorrow and Monday!!!!

Also, contrary to other rumors we've heard.....the tortillaria will no longer have the bills even for pick-up, as Miguel (his family owns the tortillaria) said that the CFE contracts with only one person/place and will not have the bills in one place and then paid in another.

We'll see tomorrow won't we......if the lights start getting turned off tomorrow the CFE will be veryyyyyyy busy!
