Donations for Huichol families

Many of you have probably seen Julio Parra and his wife with their hand-made beaded jewelry and art in the jardin. We have learned that 33 families from Julio's Huichol community in the mountains have been suffering from the recent cold temperatures, snow, and rain, and are asking for donations to help these families. Please bring whatever you can give (money, clothing, especially children's clothing, and blankets) to Casa Milpa, 75 Boca del Rio. Many thanks to the La Manzanilla community. |
