Cristie - I am a strong supporter of Marshall's work and have personally benefited greatly from NVC. That said, I wonder whether the people who queried you on this site, feel as though their questions about work permits/donations were answered. I did not. We are guests here. There are laws and it would be super to hear that you have the appropriate FM2 that permits you to work in Mexico. It is also possible that the Inmigration Office in Manzanillo would grant you special permission to hold the class on a one-time basis. If you are living in the area (I had heard that someone was living in Santiago with NVC skills), I would be happy to go to Inmigration with you to see what could be worked out (if anything).
