I traveled from Texas to La Manzanilla on March 6-7. We crossed at the Colombia Friendship Bridge just west of Laredo and had no trouble. We traveled on the cuota to Monterrey, Matehuala, San Luis, Guadelajara and on very smoothly. If you cross at Laredo, definitely use the Colombia bridge.
