Homeless Dog

| A female dog has started living at the end of my road. She is fairly young with shaggy tan fur. I think she recently had puppies. She has a sweet disposition and is cute to look at (if she had a bath). She stands about 2' high. She is thin and hungry. I don't want her and my neighbors don't either. What can I do? Thanks. |
