The title on that is actually wrong, Joe Barton was forced to take it back, to apologize for apologizing even by his own party. Here is Biden's response. He took almost as much BP cash as Obama. Obama biggest recipient of BP cash "Obama's smart enough not to apologize outright. He'll just give BP a backdoor bailout of paying out $20 billion (a couple of quarters of pensioner's dividends) for a trillion dollar cleanup.
