Little spritz of rain.....

..... .02/in. was all, but it brought the temperature down and the night air was beautifully cool. That's a grand total of .48/in. rain this month - last year's June total was 5.56 inches, so we have a long way to go with only 6 days left in the month - not a good omen for this summer. High temp yesterday was 89.9F/32C and the humidity ranged from 79 to 59%. CNA is calling for more high temperatures, possibly a little rain, and south/southwest winds from 25 to 40 kph today. |
Darby is now a powerful Cat. 3 storm; still
moving to the west. Computer models are all over the place for the next 2 or 3 days some even show
the storm doubling back on itself and/or tracking
south. NHC predicts dissipation within 4 to 5 days.
