Please join us for YOGA and PILATES at Live Bliss studio located next to the bookstore. We've added a new Pilates class so you can enjoy a core-strengthening hour of power TUESDAYS and THURSDAYS. YOGA: Monday-Wednesday-Friday 9-10 a.m. PILATES Tuesdays & Thursdays 9-10 a.m. Also, please join us for Meditations Wednesdays. Spend 30 minutes meditating and rejuvenating Wednesday morning from 10-10:30 a.m. after Yoga. All classes are donation only and mats are available. Namaste, Karen |
