If you are in La Manz, the cheapest delivery to Ajijic is Estafeda -- they are in Melaque, though the major office is in Cihutlan. Two years ago, I ran out of medicine while I was in Patzcuaro. My friend sent it overnight from Melaque and it was there the next day. They have a two day service that is quite a bit cheaper.
