the problem is, we are all more or less working with "stories" so far, not much in terms of real facts. but if it was true that the court order enforced here is 10 years old and expired, then clearely it's wrong.
if it is true that vicente fox in 2006 excluded 42
hectares from that private property and issued titles for that area, then it is wrong for them to be on those 42 hectares ( which it appears that they are )
if it is true that no-one was shown the respective court order or any eviction notice from a judge, then it is wrong.
what is definitely wrong is the way the police is behaving, worse yet if it is true that a judge in Guad. issued an injuction last week, which seems to be ingnored by the "forces". but i guess they are living up to their general reputation and are having a ball ! ( at other poeple's expense!)
to me one of the interesting things here is, there is no national TV coverage ( they usually report on much smaller events ) where they (also) paid ...?
