Moratorium on home building Outlaw swimming pools Sell restrictive shower heads and gardening hoses Build a rain collection lake Shut down Tomarindo golf course ( no one plays there anyway si,no?) Truck water in like the village of Troncones north of Zihuat Everyone collect roof water and have a storage facility (huge plastic tank) What the heck- everyone just drink beer!!! |
