Diputados & Media come to Tenacatita

I'm back in El Rebalsito and yes the diputados came along with some media (TV Azteca, El Occidental, Radio Notisystema and Radio Metropoli) to check out the scene for themselves. There were 2 federal diputados and one local - all PRI. At the gate that blocks the road, only the diputados were let through (after first being denied entry). The media was left at the gate. They tried interviewing some of the police, but from what I heard, they weren't successful. Later the diputados came to the comite ejidal where they gave interviews to the media and then spoke to the townspeople gathered there. The delegados spoke harshly of the state governor (actually called him a ratero)and said there's basically no justice in the state of Jalisco and that the governor does whatever he wants. The two federal diputados promised to take the issue to the Camara de Diputados in Mexico this week, making it high priority, and will be coming to report back next Sunday. I heard that the TV-Azteca piece will air on Monday between 3:00 and 3:30 pm. I don't know what channel, but maybe someone who has a TV can tell us. The spirit of the people is strong.
