How does a small community fight a man with his own army? A man who is closely linked with the Governor of Jalisco and the Chamber of Commerce?

Me thinks the Federal Govt. has to look at these relationships and the abuse of power present in Jalisco. The road to Tenacatita may re-open but who will be safe?

A man like Villalobos does not like to lose and it appears that there are already many who are at his mercy.
