Last nights rain

Hi Deanna,

Can you tell me how much rain we got last night? The main road into town,
Lazaro Cardenas, has a river running next to it. The Rio opened up again
to the point that the island of deposits (which was starting to go away yesterday)
is now totally back. And the Lagoon, which was down to almost a trickle on
last nights walk is now raging like it was two weeks ago. The ground is
totally saturated.

What the hell happened?
