The majority of people that own land in the palmar where Rodenas is claiming his 42 hectares are Mexicans, not stupid gringos. They have titles signed by then President Fox. Lots of people in La Manz are waiting for their titles, from regularized ejido land. Are they all stupid gringos too?

People in El Rebalsito are not just sitting back waiting for gov. officials to solve the problem. I don't know where you got that idea. Maybe if you took the time to talk to some of the people who are actively involved, you'd learn more about what people are doing.

Yes the Zapatistas and the indigenous people who took over Alcatraz got lots of media attention. But ultimately were their demands met?
