We invite you to Live Bliss Studio this week for Yoga and Pilates. Invest in yourself and discover your creativity inside and out. YOGA: Monday, Wednesday, Friday -- 9-10 a.m. PILATES: Tuesday and Thursday 9-10 a.m. MEDITATION WEDNESDAYS: Come and discover the benefits of meditation after class on Wednesdays from 10-10:30 a.m. All classes are donation only and mats are available.
