True enough, that is raw sewage going into the little lagoon and down by the billiard hall. It was (but not now) going into the ocean. The beach is one of the diamonds of La Manzanilla, it is one of the things which attracts visitors, both Mexican and foreigner. Want to watch that diamond go dull? Just let the visitors start getting ear infections when they swim. This situation should be way up on the priority list. |
