Thanks Mark for informing us about this urgent matter.
I oppose only to the endless writing on the message board without taking the right steps towards a solution.
Is the Ejido invited to the meeting?
Is La Huerta informed?
Are the people invited who are supposedly in violation?
Who is in charge of the sewer system.
Can the connections being capped now?
Should all the septic tanks being inspected?

I am all for a fast solution to this problem since I am aware of the hazard!!!
