I would be quite interested to attend such a meeting, but will not be in La Manzanilla until December 6th. Perhaps other contributors to the discussion such as Shane, Tim, or John Jensen are available. Is Davison around? Please look at the links I have posted about aquifers, water testing, septic design, contract labs, constructed wetlands, waterborne pathogens, etc. On the subject of the Ejido, though: I have a limited understanding of the functions of the ejido structure. I have long been perplexed by town administration in Mexico. Would the black water issue fall under the authority of the Ejido or the Municipio? I would appreciate any contributins to my understanding better how the town government works. |
