I agree - it's freezing! The temperatures aren't actually that low - mid 80'sF/25-30C during the day - but temps have been in the mid 60's at night. Humidity is in the 60-65% range. The high overcast these past few days has been the result of "debris moisture" flowing in off the Pacific. October was also kind of chilly the last part of the month - very unusual - and we had no rain in October for the first time in the 7 years we've been keeping track. That huge flock of little black birds almost blotted out the sun when they flew past here yesterday morning. Today they were all sitting in a row on the electric lines near the Delegado office. I've seen them before but don't what they're called. Any bird lovers out there?? Mike Barbee??
