I support any action to counter what happened in Tenacatita, but if you invite people
to a picnic you normally just give a time and date and suggestions of what to bring.
When you give an invitation with dialog about injustices and seeking press coverage
and solidarity it is clearly (in my opinion) a protest.

I am not a lawyer so I don't know the exact way to interpret the law. Is this situation
considered politics? Does it make a difference if the person attending has had land sized?

I asked about foreign involvement in regards to the petition to the president hosted
by Cyberpueblo. Their response was that they did not think it was illegal.....hardly
reassuring. If you want foreigners to participate you must attended to their concerns
with the opinion of a good lawyer and even better with some precedent setting or
historical court cases as foundation.
