Hi Juan and Diane G

First to publicly respond to Juan's post. I sent Juan an email noting that I was
just implementing the guidelines of the message board which require posters to
identify themselves.
For Juan to continue to use Cyberpueblo as his name and for him to encourage other to use
a proxy to change the users IP address shows contempt for the guidelines of the board.
I am trying to be tolerant, even though Juan is not a "local" of La Manzanilla he is
one of the active persons working on the Tenacatita situation and his opinion and input
are valued. But the guidelines are there for reasons and I expect him to abide by
them if he is going to use this message board.

Juan is now saying that he won't be convincing anyone to come to the "picnic".
If foreigners can not get legal reassurance that they are not violating the laws
of Mexico and may face deportation, then my questions have accomplished what
they intended to i.e. clarify that. It is one thing to risk going to jail it is another
thing to risk being deported.

As it stands now I will be going over by boat (with several other foreigners) to use the
Federal Zone area of the beach, as is guaranteed by the constitution of Mexico.
