Clinica Salud is open and has a 'doctor' who is a 4th year medical student and will be an MD when she finishes this year. My understanding is that all medical students in Mexico spend their final year in a community clinic. The doctor here will be leaving in August. She is unsupervised and this can be a challenging experience.
It seems the Salud has somewhat irregular hours. The doctor has a cell phone: 044 315 109 2826. Her name is Hareni Hernandez. She does not speak English.
It seems the ambulance service is working out well most of the time. Fundraising events are happening(see other message)for this important community service.
