Take an anti-histamine (like liquid benedryl) and then get the anti-venum shot. Marta has some at $2,000, yes, but the BAEJAC ask only their cost so they are cheaper.

Symptoms include shortmness of breath and swelling of the tongue, vomiting, pain and numbness. You can also go to the Centro de Salud in Melaque for an IV if your reaction is serious (and if it occurs during opening hours of the Salud).

Be prepared - get your anti-venum before getting stung.
