I took a friend to the Melaque Centro de Salud a week ago. They considered it a "go to the front of the line" issue and we didn't wait behind all the moms with babies and old folks.

If doctors and nurses take it that seriously they must have seen their share real problems. My friend also commented that the pain pills were great for the next few hours.
