This is exactly the type of info I am looking for !!!

So: you are confident, as is Dobie, that the titles held are titles to the property in question. That shoots my assertion in the leg, which is good.

Why is it that Tena, which has been loved by all for forty years, never saw lots cut up and sold until now?

Why did snowbirds return year after year to "their" spot with no more improvements than palapas?

Why did the restauranteurs get chased off previously? By who's authority? Wouldn't that indicate right-of-possession issues?

I must be manufacturing a memory, if no one but me remembers Tenacatita titles being questionable. I apologize for losing my mind in public if that's the case. Is it?
