I invite you to Bending Tree Yoga and Healing Center for a special workshop on Saturday, Feb. 19 from 10 to11:30 a.m. Cost is 100 pesos.

Learn how to manifest the life you want through meditation. This workshop will provide you with the skills to de-stress, create, heal and more.

Give yourself this gift as it is a perfect time to learn and hone the skills of Meditation and Manifesting because Feb. 28 is when the energy is set to bring in what you've been working on.
