I will be happy to personally flush test tabs down the toilet at the former Kimsey property to ascertain the veracity of Silver's claim that the water in the walkway is not blackwater. Until then all else is hearsay or opinion. I also am happy to offer tabs to any open-minded people who actually want to sort out the sanitaion challenges we confront in La Manzanilla by honestly and logically tracing the problems to their source. Hearsay does not convince me, and ad-hominem attacks do not distract me.
