I read your question, and if you do go ahead with your test, the correct way to write the address, so the domestic mail (Correos de Mexico aka: SEPOMEX = Servicio postal Mexicano) delivers it; should be:

Jane Doe
Calle Tamarindo #123
La Manzanilla
La Huerta, Jalisco
Mexico c.p.48898
