We love La Manzanilla, we and will never sell our place.

However, for people interested in selling their home in La Manz (of whom we know a couple), this may be interesting information.

It always pays to be aware of what is happening in the larger world around you.

People may not understand that the global financial disaster has still not wound down. The effects are being felt and will be felt for years to come.

The mechanics of market supply and demand are at work here, and it appears that there may be no end to the supply of cheap "second homes" in the sunshine states, at least for the next couple of years.

Of course, we would prefer to be in Mexico any day, over Arizona and Florida! Didn't mean to offend anyone!
