has anyone noticed the water and the stench of the water coming out of the manholes in front of the delegacion and the one by the croc. pit next to the mayors house by the old pool hall. one runs into the lagoon the other into the croc. pit. that kind of water can carry typhoid and cholera. according to webster's new world dictionary cholera is a disease that spreads quickly-especially in places with poor sanitation. the problem is right in front of the powers in charge literally. i don't get it; i'm only a stupid woodworker. p.s. thank god more people didn't tie into the sewer this past year. god only knows who might get sick. paco
