Yoga class preview and more

Hi Everyone,
I wanted to just give a preview of the Fall/Winter/Spring schedule at Bending Tree Yoga and Healing Center to start Oct. 3
Bending Tree Yoga and Healing Center is located at 130A Playa Blanca, 2 blocks down from Martin's.

YogaPilates: Mon-Wed-Fri 9-10 a.m.
Vinyasa Flow: Tues-Thurs-Sat 9-10 a.m.
Go Deeper: Tues-Thurs 10:30-11:30 a.m.

All classes are donation only and mats are available.

Other offerings to look forward to:
Reflexology sessions (hands and feet) for 200 pesos per hour.
First Aid & CPR Classes: 50 pesos per segment
Meditation Events: Last Sunday of every month. These events are free.
