i just recieved this email from primara plus...there is no service to Manzanillo and they have not been told when it will start.

Think you right D about the aorlines and the bus system. The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing! Do you think it would do any good to call and actually talk to a real person?
Does anyone know if they can speak english? My spanish is not good enough to figure it out on the phone.
