Bus from Puerto Vallarta?

I'm a real newbie at Mexico again. The last time I was there was in 1973.

A lot of friends from Sointula here in B.C. have mentioned La Manzanilla to me and as my wife has expressed an interest in getting South for a break this winter, La Manzanilla came to mind.

There are numerous options for flying to Puerto Vallarta from Vancouver, so that is easy but I wonder where and how I can catch a bus south to La Manzanilla.
