Jon and I experienced the same two years ago returning from Arizona. The state of Sonora has a hasstle free zone from the border south to I believe below San Carlos. Its to accommodate day trippers and weekenders from AZ. etc. We even pulled over to show purchases made NOB and nobody cared. Now what has happened to Rosio? When we were there in late September her clinic was open. Is there another vet we can trust and take our pets to? Thanks, welcome back to Mexico. See all the 15th. Ados, Arleen
