Thanks Kimberly for coming down to the bookstore...very thoughtful of you. Felipe did take a look and seems my Vista program is causing the problems....so..needs an overhaul. So Felipe...I will be in on Thursday at 10...as I had surprise company this morning...if this does not work, please email me....thanks for your help...Stephanie
