Hi Terry, Get what ever shots your Vet recommends and make sure you have tick and flea preventive. I can't recommend anyone in particular since none of them seem to work on Cisco, not even the really strong dip available down here.
The Vet you are referring to WAS Rocio. She is no longer here, so the best I can reommend close by is Beto Vigil in Melaque. Vets are like dentist-everyone has their own opinion of who they like or dislike. There are highly recommended Vets in Cihuatlan, Manzanillo and Colima. It depends on what you expect from your Vet.
And yes , Oscar is one cute little guy! I'm sure you keep him on a short leash.
