After a 'street-ball' game of softball yesterday the kids asked me to go to the Campo to play real ball. So, Coach Patti checked out the equipment and we had a great turnout for a last minute practice! By the time our actual GAME started we had 11 kids and 4 were girls. We were so excited to have so much interest. We started with the throwing and fielding basics and then kept things moving, because at the age (as I know) you have to keep them busy for them to learn. We had a blast and wouldn't have been able to do it without all of the donations. Thank you everyone. p.s. The kids begged to go again. And the girls loved having another girl present to learn from. Good JOB PATTI AND ANDY!
