Hi Everyone,
I will be offering a CPR basic course on Saturday, Dec. 3 from 10:30 a.m. to noon at Bending Tree Yoga and Healing Center located at 130A Playa Blanca, 2 blocks down from Martin's. The cost of this course is 150 pesos with 1/2 the proceeds going toward the new ambulance.

I am an American Red Cross certified instructor and this course will be given according to American Red Cross standards although will not give you a CPR certification.

You will receive a booklet to take with you with the skills and other information.
