Daniel, I saw that dog about a week ago at the triangle where the Chinese food place is...he was hanging out looking for handouts..then a mexican guy walked to his truck parked right there and called the dog, the dog jumped in..so the dog does have an owner. The truck was a white work truck of sorts.
