CFE Rates/Levels

Anyone able to tell me the new gouging rates and levels on electrical usage from CFE? I've heard a lot of grumbling on bills and it seems as though perhaps (reason I am asking) the old level of when you hit the 'nose bleed' payment rate has been lowered from 400 KwH to 300 KwH and the price at the 3 levels has increased significantly. Sure, things go up, I understand. December 2009, Pemex Magna (green) @ 7.22 pesos per litre is now 9.42 so that is 15.5% increase per year rate. I'm thinking CFE is effectively WAY more than this on a 'per year' basis.

Anyway, just asking. Like what are you going to do when you have an 8 year old that always leaves the lights on huh?
