Would it be correct to assume that you could double the monthly numbers for
ease of application to a two month bill? e.g. winter rates

4b. For two month consumption totaling more than 175 350 kwh:

Your 1st 75 150 kwh costs 0.733 pesos/kwh(consumo basico).

Your 2nd 75 150 kwh costs 1.229 pesos/kwh (consumo intermedio).

The rest of your consumption costs 2.593 pesos/kwh(consumo excedente)

Considering the difficulty using their website and monthly numbers on a
two month bill it seems they aim to confuse. We don't have to play
along, we can use numbers for a two month statement.

They only read the meters once every two months, right?
