We rode our bikes through the gate today. No problems. Chile gave them his I.D. which they handed back. They did not want mine. They didn't check our bags either. They were playing cards at the gate. Chile went for a swim and the 2 guards under the palapa did not really pay any attention to us. We saw one other guard at the point, but no others. Water was beautiful and warm.
