Looking for house for Jan and Feb

The La Catalina Educational Foundation is looking for a house for the program director (me!) for January and February.

Do you know of anything that has extremely low rent and wants a great tenant?

My limiting factors for housing are that I need internet to do my work (we have the online auction coming up in February) and I have a dog (he's big but very nice).
