I just got back from Purificacion and a huge fiesta there this week. BTW Purificacion was founded in 1533

For country and the best coffee around I would go to Cuzalapa which is in the same direction as Purificacion. Take the next major intersection past La Concha to the right. That road takes you to Cuautitlan (nice town), pass thru about 10 miles to La Rosa and turn left. Jova washed out the bridge just before Cuzalapa but it's an easy ford. In town continue up the hill from the entrance road about 8 blocks and you'll find the womans Coop that sell the coffee and a number of other things
