Hello from the snowy north,

My husband Will and I are coming to LaManzanilla for the first time and will arrive in about week. We will be staying for two months and wondering if there is a good way to meet folks once we've slept off our winter stresses and hrumphs and grumps! Tips on transportation from the Manzanillo airport would be nice, and any suggestions for things to bring that we cannot easily get when there. We were thinking we might get by without a car, maybe rent bikes. A big thank you to whoever made this bulletin board available . . . . Ann Schmid, Milwaukee, WI
