This morning I was accosted in my house by a Mexican looking for work etc and since I had none to offer, he asked for money to buy milk for his babies and so on. I acquiesced to give him some and on my return from getting whatever change I had, I suddenly noticed that in that interim period he had gone about to expose his penis - of course at that moment my shackles were up and I told him to get lost! A little while later I asked some locals about him and explained what had happened to me and my concern that he may have been around to suss out my place. They knew exactly who he was, as they had recently been approached the same way but of course minus the exposed penis! He apparently is from El Ranchito and lives near the plaza de toros. I thought it might be a good idea to contact our new police force and have them at least reprimand and warn him not to show his face in our town again but to no avail - the phone is not connected ............so much for that!
